Janice Waddell receives the Ryerson University Provost's Innovative Teaching Award

This award recognizes Janice as a Ryerson educator who has an outstanding teaching record and who has made contributions to advancing teaching and learning at Ryerson through educational innovation. She will be presented with the award in March. Congratulations Janice!


EXTRA Fellowship Program

Gail is teaching two sessions at the annual EXTRA Fellowship Program in Montreal on February 7th, one on coaching and one on interprofessional collaboration.


Mary receives PCC re-certification from ICF

Mary has successfully met the requirements for re-certification of her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. This required completing 40 hours of contiuning coach education. Congratulations Mary!

Individual Coaching

Our ultimate goal is to help you become the best you can be.

Career Coaching

Career coaching is a powerful tool to promote career resilience and job satisfaction by assisting individuals to determine their career goals and the best path to achieving them.

Executive/Leader Coaching

This service is directed toward executives and leaders who require support in achieving their professional and personal goals in their respective roles. This service is customized to meet the needs of the specific executive and focuses on the development of short and long term goals and the one-to-one coaching as those goals are realized.

New Recruit Coaching

This service is directed towards organizations who want to support new recruits who are both valuable yet vulnerable resources within the organization and as such require special attention. To enhance retention this coaching/skill building service provides new employees with the skills and savvy they need to navigate the organization and negotiate successfully with their colleagues.

Job Transition Coaching

This support role is directed to those individuals in the initial phase of job transition. An assessment of specific job transition needs and the development of a customized job transition plan are provided. Access to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and personalized assistance with résumé, networking and interviewing skill development is also provided. This service can be used by Human Resource Departments as an outplacement counseling option.
